Charlotte Church, a Welsh singer who was just 12 at the time of her debut album "Voice of an Angel", rose to prominence. Charlotte Church is a skilled artist, as well as having been a host and actor on a television show. At a very young age she displayed an unnatural talent in singing and began performing before others around the age of 3 1/2. As a child she started performing as a classical performer of hymns. She performed 'Pie Jesu' on the telephone to be part of a TV show when she turned 11.
